Longue Vue House and Gardens is a historic museum with a small staff that wanted to give guests and supporters a more personalized experience. The New Orleans museum partnered with Blackbaud to better manage their sales operations, events, and donor relations. Once the transition was complete, staff only wished they had made the shift sooner.
