Blackbaud Wins a TrustRadius 2021 Best Customer Support Award for its Education Management Solutions

We’re proud to share that TrustRadius has recognized Blackbaud as a company that went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service over the past year. Blackbaud Education Management Solutions won first place for Best Customer Support in the Student Management Systems category in the TrustRadius Best of Education 2021 awards.

One reviewer on the TrustRadius site who uses Blackbaud Education Management Solutions across their organization for database management, donor management, academics, admissions and enrollment said that the solution was a “huge help during the school closure last spring” because “the academics piece allowed [the] school to deliver a seamless transition to distance learning because [they] already had a system in place for posting work, submitting work, and administering assessments, all through Blackbaud Education Management Solutions.” In reference to customer support, the reviewer added, “I use the help chat and the knowledge database a lot—I literally could not do my job without these functions—and I have never been disappointed. The content of the help given is excellent, and the cordiality and professionalism of the agents offering support are superb.”
To win the Best Customer Support Award, each nominated organization had to receive 10 TrustRadius reviews in the past year that featured specific mention of their product’s customer support. Winners also had to rank in the top three positions of their category in terms of what percentage of positive responses they earned this year. Additional vetting via textual review analysis was also performed by the TrustRadius research team.
