eLearning courses are self-paced sessions that can be viewed at any time
Instructor-Led courses are live online sessions that take place at a specific day and time

How do I find and enroll in classes?
Go to Blackbaud.com
Select Training and Support > Training > BlackbaudU Campus
Select Product Catalogs from the BlackbaudU Campus home page
Select your Product and click View Courses
Select the appropriate Learning Path
Select Enroll to add the classes

How do I schedule classes?
Once you have enrolled in a class, go to Blackbaud.com
Select Training and Support > Training > BlackbaudU Campus
Select the My Activities
Select the Course Title
Select the desired date and time
Select Enroll into This Session

How do I view a list of my scheduled classes and completed classes?
Go to Blackbaud.com
Select Training and Support > Training > BlackbaudU Campus
Select the My Activities

How do I unenroll from an upcoming session?
Go to Blackbaud.com
Select Training and Support > Training > BlackbaudU Campus
Select My Activities
Select the Course Title
Select the Unenroll button
(upper-right corner)
Select the checkbox and click Confirm

How do I reschedule an upcoming session?

How can I view what training the users at my organization have completed?
- Request a training report at any time by emailing [email protected] and include your organization’s name and Site ID

How can I transfer training I previously took on a different profile?

How do I prepare for a class?
We use the WebEx platform for our virtual classes. You can check system requirements and join a test session here.
Citrix is used for sample environments during Raiser’s Edge and Financial Edge Database View classes. Follow these instructions to install Citrix prior to class.

How do I join my class?
You will receive a “Launch Now” email 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start of class.
Alternatively, you can launch the class directly from your calendar or the My Activities page:

Select Training and Support > Training > BlackbaudU Campus
Select My Activities
Select the Course Title
Click the down arrow to the right of the printer icon to the right of the course name
Select Join the Webinar

How do I download the class materials?
Go to Blackbaud.com
Select Training and Support > Training > BlackbaudU Campus
Select My Activities
Select the Course Title
Select the Course Materials tab
Select the title of the file to download

What is the attendance policy?
- Participants must be present and active in the session for at least 90% of the class to receive credit. See our Training Policies page.

How do I get Blackbaud Certified®?
Go to Blackbaud.com
Select Training and Support > Training > BlackbaudU Campus
Select Product Catalogs from the home page
Select your Product and click View Courses
Scroll to the bottom of the course catalog page and choose the option to Get Certified
If you have already enrolled in the Certification Exam, you can launch it from your transcript at any time:

Select Training and Support > Training > BlackbaudU Campus
Select My Activities
Select the Exam Title
Select Begin

What do the certification exams consist of?
Exams consist of 20-25 questions which you have 90 minutes to complete once started. The exam can be taken an unlimited number of times until passed.
Exams are standardized tests, and as such you cannot see which questions you get wrong. A score of 80% or higher is necessary to pass.
Exams are “open book.” Feel free to use any resources at your disposal, including your database help menu and the Blackbaud Knowledgebase.
Certifications last two calendar years for course prerequisite purposes, though we do suggest users update their certification annually to stay current.

How can I share that I am now Blackbaud Certified®?
- Once you pass, you can access a certificate to download and print as you’d like:

Select Training and Support > Training > BlackbaudU Campus
Select My Activities
Select the Award Ribbon icon to the right of the exam/course name
You will receive a completion email that includes a certification badge icon to include in your email and signature profiles
If you are seeking a new employment opportunity, hiring managers can verify your certification by contacting Blackbaud University
