Blackbaud’s Tiffany Crumpton Named to Charleston Regional Business Journal’s 2019 Forty Under 40

Tiffany Crumpton, director of Marketing and Strategy, Blackbaud Higher Education Solutions, has been selected as a 2019 Forty Under 40 winner by the Charleston Regional Business Journal. Nominated by members of the Charleston community and selected by a panel of judges, this elite group highlights people under 40 years of age who have excelled in the professional arena and in community involvement.

Crumpton is responsible for the development and execution of Blackbaud Higher Education Solutions’ go-to-market strategy across the higher education landscape in North America. Since joining Blackbaud in 2002 as a senior technical support and implementation analyst, she has progressed through roles of increasing scope and responsibility in key growth areas of Blackbaud’s business. Prior to Blackbaud, Tiffany worked in annual giving and capital campaign fundraising. She holds a B.S. in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the University of South Carolina and was recognized as an Algernon Sydney Sullivan award winner.

Apart from her business accomplishments, she also leads by example, mentoring rising stars within the company. She currently mentors several new managers, helping to build their career plans and leadership skills as they take the next step in their careers. Crumpton also maintains a strong commitment to nonprofit leadership and has served on several nonprofit boards and steering committees supporting education initiatives, issues surrounding hunger and homelessness in the community and mentorship programs for women in the technology field. She has held numerous leadership roles in the Junior League of Charleston and she currently serves as the vice chairman of the Board of Directors for the Lowcountry Food Bank, helping to drive forward the mission to lead the fight against hunger throughout the 10 coastal counties of South Carolina.
